Questions
Does a visitor need an app or account?
No. They scan the site QR code and use a mobile web page.
What happens when reception is poor?
The page needs enough signal to load, on any visit. From there, the check-in is saved on the phone first and keeps retrying until the server confirms it, so a drop in reception mid-submit does not lose the record. The visitor is shown plainly whether they are recorded or still waiting to send.
Does GateBud replace our whole safety system?
No. GateBud owns the visitor and contractor gate and the reliable record behind it. It can sit alongside tools that do other jobs.
Can GateBud help with audit records?
GateBud gives the team a searchable compliance record and exports that can help prepare evidence. Validation in a real orchard audit context is underway, so we do not claim acceptance by a specific auditor yet.
